Senior training takes place mainly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for athletes aged 17+ to Veterans and encompasses all abilities from relative beginners to individuals competing at county, regional and national level. Both the Tuesday and Thursday training sessions include throws, jumps, endurance, sprints and combined discipline events. The Senior training coaches and groups are outlined below.

| Ian Marriott | Currently coaches pole vault, high jump, javelin and sprint hurdles. Other decathlon and heptathlon events on demand. | For U15 and upwards for those athletes who are committed to training seriously for their event. |
