Change to how we sell Track Passes

Published: 27 July 2023

A track pass is needed to train at Horspath Athletics Track unless you are a full track member of Oxford City AC, in which case training costs are incorporated into your monthly direct debit.

If you are not a member and wish to join, go to the join us page here Join Us.

We have now stopped selling track passes online. From July 17th 2023 onwards, track passes will have to be purchased from The Athlete Centre (TAC) on arrival at the track. Please make sure that you visit TAC and that you have a card or phone on you to enable a purchase to be made. Do not use the track or any of the facilities before purchasing your pass.

Your name and time of arrival will be recorded so that we know who is using the track.  Access via the side gate requires a combination code, which can be supplied if you have not used the track previously.

Please do not object if, when using the track, you are asked to provide proof that you have paid for your session. If you have not paid you will be asked to leave. Please do not protest – our rules require that you purchase your pass before starting your session, not when asked for proof of purchase by a member of staff.

The cost of track passes remains as it was previously:
