We’re holding a new event this year – an end of summer season throwing competition open to all ages from under 13 to Masters. The venue is Horspath Road, Oxford. There will be four throws on offer – shot, javelin, hammer and discus, and all throwers will get 6 attempts in each event. Numbers are limited, and the closing date for entries is midnight on 14th September 2019.

The entry is online only (see entry form below). Please don’t refresh the payment button when registering or you may end up registering and paying twice. Card payments can sometimes take a few moments, so be patient.

Throwing pools will be mixed age and gender, based upon personal bests.

A timetable, the throwing pools and a full list of competitors will be issued a few days prior to the competition.
