Strong performances at SEAA XC Championships in Brighton

A number of our junior runners showed up strongly at the South of England XC Championships held in Brighton on Saturday 27th Jan. The highest placed finisher on the day was Olivia Martin, who came 5th in the under 13 girls race. In the under 13 boys race fast-improving Benjamin Sims was 20th, with Henry Channon in 44th place and Freddie Jones in 82nd, with barely 40 seconds separating them. In the under 15 girls race, Grace Whitty was 155th, while in the under 15 boys race Jamie Scott was 190th.
