Marcia Marriott wins coveted ‘Coach of the Year’ award

At this year’s Oxfordshire Sports Awards held at the Kassam Stadium on Friday 27th January, Marcia Marriott carried off the award for Oxfordshire Coach of the Year against competition from ice skating and dance. Paying tribute to her athletes and to OCAC, Marcia said her success was down to an outstanding group of athletes who had all worked extremely hard to get where they were and to a supportive club environment. OCAC also won Club of the Year award at the same ceremony, with Tim Stephens being runner-up to Andrew Triggs-Hodge in the Sportsman of the Year category.
