Good weekend at Boston for English Schools combined events. Jade O’Dowda wins Senior Girls champs with a pb 5442 points with pbs in hurdles, shot, 200, LJ and javelin (14.29,11.69,25.39,6.00,38.89) .Score was a new championship record removing OCAC’s Yinka Idowu’s score from 1989 and puts Jade fourteenth on the UK all time list. Oxfordshire senior Girls (Jade, Katie Hetherington and Rebecca Scott (Banbury AC)) take silver in the team competition. Katie set a pb score of 3912. In the Intermediate girls Zoe Pollock was 5th with a pb score of 4940 including a 24.75 200m U17 club record. Zoe moves to twelfth on the UK all time list.
