DESCRIPTION:Date: Saturday 7th February 2026 \nLocation: Stopsley Common\, Luton \nTimetable: \nPlease note that this follows the standard league timetable \n\n11.30 Under 11 Girls\n11.45 Under 11 Boys\n12.00 Under 13 Girls\n12.15 Under 13 Boys\n12.30 Under 15 Girls\n12.45 Under 15 Boys\n13.00 Under 17 & 20 Women\n13.15 Senior Women\n13.40 Under 17 Men\n14.00 Under 20 & Senior Men\n\nIn past seasons the last 3 races have been reordered in order to facilitate the calculation of results ahead of the awards ceremony\, but this will not be the case for the 2025/26 season. \nNotes: \nChoice of running shoes \nThe course is mainly on grass and is suitable for spikes. \nReturning trophies \nPlease remember to bring along any trophies that your clubs won last year for this year’s presentations.  We would also be extremely grateful if you return any lost trophies from previous years if you have been able to track these down.  Please deposit these with one of the officials or committee members as soon as practical on the day at the pavilion closest to the finish area. \nAward ceremonies \nThere will be three award ceremonies as follows which will take place outside the pavilion closest to the finish area. \n\nU11 and U13: 13.00pm\nU15 and U17/U20 women: 14.00pm\nU17/U20 men\, senior women. Senior men: 15.30pm\n\n  \nPlease make sure there is a representative from your club present to collect any team trophies and awards for athletes who are not able to make the ceremony.  We regret that we will not be able to post out any uncollected awards\, meaning that clubs/athletes will have to wait until the new season starts in October to receive them. \nReplacement numbers \nIn order to support with finalising the results\, if there are any number replacements for people likely to be in the running for individual awards\, could team managers please update the portal by 6pm BEFORE race day.  If this is not possible then please get a message to the results coordinator (Richard Pownall) in person who will be based in the pavilion closest to the finish area\, or via email at results@chilternccl.co.uk This should be done asap but absolutely no later than 30 minutes before the start of the relevant race. If the athlete is not in the running for medals\, then the usual 6pm deadline on race day is fine.
