Seniors Juniors Endurance


Mark is a retired sprint/endurance athlete who has been a Level 3 Endurance Coach since 2000. He is also currently a coach member of the prestigious British Milers Club.

His chosen area of interest is the development and preparation of junior endurance athletes for competition. This involves improving their physical and mental capabilities whilst helping them realise their individual potential.

All athletes train within age groups (mixed) and are encouraged to explore their own athletic potential within a safe environment. They are also provided with a (age appropriate) structured training programme.

One of Mark`s key considerations is to make the training challenging whilst ensuring the athlete still has fun!
